Brothers Huthyfah and Ibrahim Abed, working alongside their father in the family business, grew up learning what hard work and persistence means. As they developed the family business, the brothers passion for serving Middle Eastern cuisine blossomed into a determination to bring traditional, home style Falafel to the Chicago land area. With their entrepreneurial nature and passion for Mediterranean food, the brothers began to conceptualize a new alternative to Chicago street cuisine.
