The Hungry Monkey food truck and cuisine are inspired by our Chef and his experience with Caribbean and island food. He found himself in the Caribbean cooking for a group of vacationers just like himself after a successful fishing trip. In addition to the island guests enjoying his flavors and cuisine, a group of monkeys found themselves drawn to the delectable aromas of his dishes. Needless to say, the indigenous primates were enticed. Thus the inspiration for the name and his desire to share his love of Caribbean cuisine with others.
