Mee Ae is classically trained in French cuisine and focuses on using modern techniques in preparing classic Korean dishes. She is Korean born, American raised, and a culinary graduate of CSR in Boulder, Colorado. After working in some of the finest French and Italian restaurants, she worked as a private chef for several years before deciding to move to Saint Petersburg and open a Korean food truck with her husband Dan. Mee Ae competed in Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen in 2015. We are committed to bringing you healthy, tasty and innovative Korean cuisine. Whether you prefer traditional or fusion, we at Mmm BAP work hard to put that punch of flavor onto your plate! We use quality fresh ingredients and traditionally made bean pastes. We always make our own kimchi with just the right crunch and heat!
