Freckled & Blue is a new food truck and catering business located in Atlanta, Georgia. Freckled & Blue is the brainchild of Juliana Evans and Tyler Lindley. Both 20-somethings, Evans and Lindley met in college and have grown their relationship since 2009. A few cities (and jobs haha) later, fall of 2011 was upon them. They began watching The Great Food Truck Race on Food Network and were totally entertained. They soon realized that with Evans love for cooking and Lindleys entrepreneurial spirit, a food truck could be a perfect career path for them both.
